    Sometimes I write huge replies and then tack on one note at the end which fixes everything, this time I'll tack on the note at the end and hope that fixes everything, if it doesn't you can ask again :)

    You're missing the m on the front of the module symbol:

    LoadModule mxslt_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_xslt.so
