  • Firstly, thanks for writing modxslt - it's very useful.

    I've successfully set it up mostly, but I have one
    problem I can't seem to get round;

    Most of my stylesheets use the exsl:document
    extension to produce subsidiary xml or text documents
    that can be clicked through to provide further detail.
    The relevant xsl looks something like:

    <exsl:document href="structure.xml">
    <cml>
    <molecule>
    ........
    </molecule>
    </cml>
    </exsl:document>

    This works fine when I process them from the command
    line with xsltproc. But I can't seem to get modxslt
    to do it - I get lots of Permission denied errors:

    [Thu Jul 21 22:49:32 2005] [error] [client 131.111.44.165] mod_xslt:
    Permission denied
    [Thu Jul 21 22:49:32 2005] [error] [client 131.111.44.165] mod_xslt: runtime
    error: file http://w
    ww.uszla.me.uk/xslt/CML/display.xsl line 58 element document
    [Thu Jul 21 22:49:32 2005] [error] [client 131.111.44.165] mod_xslt:
    xsltDocumentElem: unable to
    save to structure.xml
    [Thu Jul 21 22:49:32 2005] [error] [client 131.111.44.165] mod_xslt: libxslt:
    couldn't apply styl
    esheet.
    [Thu Jul 21 22:49:32 2005] [error] [client 131.111.44.165] mod_xslt: fatal -
    couldn't apply style
    sheet to: /var/www/siesta/out.xml (/var/www/siesta/out.xml)

    Presumably I have to set some permissions correctly -
    where must I do that?
