I'm seeing a problem where modxslt starts trying to download from remote
sites, for example w3c.org, but never closes the file handles, with the
result that after a while apache runs out and returns a 403 error until
the server is restarted. This is happening up to several times a day.
I believe I've changed all my documents to have standalone="yes" in the
xml declaration. Is there anything else I can do to stop this from
happening.
Is the bug in modxslt or in libxml?
